Campbell River

Campbell River is the departure point for access into some of the most spectacular, roadless lands in the world. The nearby mountains of Vancouver Island's rugged interior tower 7,000 feet and plummet to the Pacific Ocean on the Island's wild west coast. Across the Stait of Georgia lies the mainland coast with its magnificent inlets and the glaciated mountains of the Coast Range. Between Campbell River and mainland BC, the Discovery Islands fill the intricate waterways like precious jewels set in a rugged treasure.
