A 300 metre manmade causeway leads to a small forested island, at the end of the causeway you are faced with a rocky climb to the start of the islands circular trail system.

Caution must be exercised as the trail boarders very close to 50 metre bluffs.

This area is currently subject to a Paralytic Shelfish Poison restriction (Red Tide) so do not consider gathering live clams for consumption.
